      Job summary

      The Complex Discharge Team at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn has an exciting opportunity for an administrative role within our friendly team.

      You will provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Complex Discharge Team and support the Complex Discharge Matron and Sisters. Communicating with wards, specialities as well as social services.

      Main duties of the job

      The post holder will act as first point of contact for the Complex Discharge Team, dealing with staff of all levels within the Trust and the Local Health and Social Economy. Be able to manage office systems, ensuring that the Complex Discharge email box is up-to-date and appropriate actions taken for each email. Implementation of relevant office policies and procedures, suggesting changes as appropriate.

      The post holder will maintain the complex discharge team and ensure that trust and national reports are produced in a timely manner and as requested.
