Job summary
CNTW Inpatient Services at Carleton Clinic, Carlisle are looking to recruit a full time Administration Assistant, to work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. The post holder will work on reception, primarily on the Hadrian female ward, but will also provide cover across to our other wards and to provide admin support throughout the service as in agreement with the Admin Manager.
This position is:
The purpose of this role is to provide front-facing duties and providing the main point of contact for incoming callers so high-level customer care skills both face-to-face and over the telephone care crucial to the success of this role. This front-end service is fast paced so the appointed candidate must be willing to work under pressure.
The post holder will be supported and trained by experienced administrative staff and work closely with the Ward Manager.
The post holder will report directly to the Administration Manager, but will work closely with the wider administrative team in ensuring the day-to-day deliverables are met.
