      Job summary

      Contracted hours would be Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30

      The role is working within medical records department and will also be providing receptionist support for the main hospital and outpatient department.

      This role is located at Evesham Community Hospital

      Main duties of the job

      • Meet and greet patients, visitors, contractors, couriers and delivery personnel.
      • Maintain a professional demeanour.
      • Be of cheerful and friendly disposition.
      • Operate telephone call center and telephonic appointment system.
      • Prepare and handover patient files for the outpatient clinics.
      • Record outpatient clinic outcomes in the patient record applications.
      • Support in covering the Radiology reception desk of the hospital.
      • Able to multi-task and think on your feet.
      • Operating car park barrier and door entry system.
      • Ensure photocopier is filled and supplies maintained.
      • Scanning, photocopying, laminating, uploading of documents.
      • Ensure stationery supply levels and re-order as necessary.
      • Report any faulty equipment to facilities.
      • Scan and email patient referrals and pharmacy requests
      • Ensure Reception clean and tidy.
      • Keep noticeboards up to date.
