- Work closely with the facilities and operations teams to ensure alignment of CMMS activities.
- Regularly review and update asset information, maintenance schedules, and work order details.
- Provide training and support to maintenance staff and other CMMS users.
- Availability to escort vendors who perform onsite work.
- Assist with the setup and teardown of meeting rooms and event spaces.
- Complete small projects such as placing orders, processing purchase orders, and reordering office supplies and maintenance materials.
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager.

- Proficient knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical.

- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a Facilities Coordinator or related role.
- At least 2 years of experience administering a CMMS.
- Experience training all skill levels on CMMS, from executive to operator level.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or office environment.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for at least 1 hour.
- Qualification And Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Administration preferred.
