      What you'll be doing


      The Multi-Skilled Administration Officer provides administrative and support services to facilitate the operation of the Data and Information Team, which also includes the Assessment and MDT Results clinic, of Westmead Breast Cancer Institute (BCI).

      This position also provides support to the Bookings Administration Team, with a focus on recall to assessment appointments.

      Selection Criteria

      1. Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the provision of efficient administrative procedures and clerical support at a high level, preferably within a health organisation.
      2. Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
      3. Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with the ability to compose quality correspondence, documents and reports in a professional and timely manner.
      4. Demonstrated experience in the accurate and timely data entry of information in a high-volume work environment that requires a high level of attention to detail consistently.
      5. Demonstrated ability to initiate, plan, prioritise, negotiate and organise own work considering the impact on others to achieve results and meet deadlines.
      6. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members.
      7. Demonstrated capability to use a wide range of hardware and software including multiple databases (e.g., Microsoft Office Professional Suite) to complete work tasks.
