- A high level of keyboard, PC, Database and general clerical skills, attention to detail
- Demonstrated high level of organisational skills, with ability to meet tight timeframes and prioritise workload
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, public holidays and weekends
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills with experience working in a networked PC environment
- Previous experience in similar Hospital or Health facility-based position
- Switchboard and reception experience for a large organisation
- Demonstrated ability in the use of tact, diplomacy, confidentiality and discretion
