      Administrative Assistant and Social Media Specialist

      Job Summary:

      iStaff Pros is a staffing firm for the insurance industry. We help with in-office, remote, as well as training for agencies across the US. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant and Social Media Specialist to join our team. This dual role combines traditional administrative duties with social media management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. As part of our team, you will support daily office operations while also helping to enhance our online presence through effective social media strategies.

      Position Overview:

      Administrative Duties:

      General Office Support: Answer phone calls, manage office communications, and handle inquiries from clients and visitors.

      Scheduling and Coordination: Organize meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring that all logistics are in place.

      Document Management: Maintain and update office records, files, and databases; prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

      Inventory Management: Monitor and order office supplies; manage relationships with vendors and service providers.

      Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics for staff as needed.

      Assist Management: Provide administrative support to management and other team members as required.

      Social Media Duties:

      Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.

      Social Media Management: Monitor and manage the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and tone of voice.

      Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and engage with relevant online communities.

      Analytics and Reporting: Track social media performance using analytics tools, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

      Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and propose new ideas to increase engagement and reach.

      Qualifications:

      Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

      Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative role; 1+ year of experience in social media management.

      Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

      Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

      Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

      Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically, solve problems independently, and manage time efficiently.
