Job Description

- Support one Director and two leaders with day-to-day administrative duties.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, attendee invitations, location and technology setup, and monitoring RSVPs.
- Manage calendars with awareness of global time zones and cultural/religious holidays.
- Arrange travel plans and manage related expenses in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with special projects such as team-building activities, office moves, training sessions, and company-wide events.
- Plan and coordinate team holiday events with global time zone considerations (India-friendly timing: 9:00-10:00 AM PST on Thursdays).
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend meetings as needed, take notes, and circulate action items.
- Apply knowledge of company policies and procedures to execute assigned tasks effectively.
- Investigate and resolve administrative issues impacting the leaders supported.
- Prioritize deliverables based on team needs and seek guidance when necessary.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative environment.
- At least 1 year supporting Senior Manager level or above.
- Nice to have: Interest in Cybersecurity and Network Devices
- Experience may vary based on team and business needs.
