      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a liaison between the State's Attorney and Deputy State's Attorneys, as well as other professionals and support staff
      - Compose and manage correspondence, memoranda, and legal documents of a sensitive nature
      - Maintain organized and confidential administrative files for easy access and retrieval
      - Keep the State's Attorney and Deputy informed on daily operations and significant matters
      - Prioritize and manage the needs of the State's Attorney and Deputy effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field
      - Two (2) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in government or business
      - Proven experience in handling confidential and sensitive information
      - Strong typing skills with a high degree of speed and accuracy
      - Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in various situations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Three (3) years of secretarial or administrative experience involving public interaction and office management
      - Considerable knowledge of public administration principles and modern office practices
      - Strong research skills and the ability to provide technical guidance to staff
      - Experience analyzing operational functions and suggesting improvements
      - Ability to establish effective working relationships with a diverse range of individuals
