What we need YOU to do:
Ohio EPA wants you to be our newest Administrative Professional (AP) in our Southeast Office in Logan.
You’ll track records like a DJ in this role!
As an AP, you’ll handle routine administrative duties related to records retention and administration reduction project management. These include performing records review, and purging, indexing, and scanning of files in the agency’s electronic data systems.
You’ll monitor the processing and scanning of records, track equipment and supplies, maintain inventory, and report progress of these project functions to the program administrator. You’ll research and analyze solutions to project roadblocks and provide technical information and advice to management and assist in developing new procedures related to the project implementation plan.
You’ll act as liaison between the program administrator and agency staff and communicate decisions, directives, and other pertinent information to staff as necessary.
You’ll enter documentation into the agency’s electronic data management and document retention systems and coordinate with staff to ensure the files are maintained, indexed, and archived according to the agency’s record retention schedule and policies.
