Delivers professional activities in the General Administration job family with a focus on Administrative Services. Completes day-to-day Administrative Services tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Plans and implements projects that impact the entire facility, office, business support and/or specific departments, including department budgets, researching vendors, analyzing and projecting staffing needs, planning office events, space planning and/or moves.
The role will be reviewing, downloading, tagging worker documents and creating files locations for downloaded documents. This is an onsite role.
