What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and schedule company-wide travel arrangements for staff and clients
- Process expense reports for staff, including collecting and consolidating receipts and requests for travel advances
- Create Expense Authorizations (EA) for travel, conferences, and meetings
- Interact with staff at all levels, maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Support administrative functions related to travel and expense management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in processing expense reports and travel arrangements
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in an administrative role or in coordinating travel arrangements
- Familiarity with expense management software and ticket request systems
- Ability to interact effectively with executive-level staff
