      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inquiries from judges, the public, clients, and co-workers
      - Draft correspondence, reports, and proposals
      - Explain Judiciary policies and procedures to clients and customers
      - Review and verify client records and information
      - Organize and assist in executing recruitment and community outreach events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree
      - Substitution of additional paraprofessional or professional experience may be accepted
      - Candidates must pass the bilingual communicative ability test if applying for a bilingual position
      - Must possess a valid New Jersey driver's license if vehicle operation is necessary
      - Authorization to work in the U.S. according to Department of Homeland Security regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service or administrative role within a public sector environment
      - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
      - Familiarity with Judiciary policies and procedures
      - Experience with community outreach and engagement initiatives
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
