- Demonstrate advanced computer skills
- Prepare/maintain Parking Services database
- Reconcile and process all cash deposits for department
- Manage department records.
- Develop reports and data necessary for department operations.
- Maintain adequate supplies of current forms.
- Assist in the implementation of specialized projects
- Assist in coordination of department function.
- Responsible for maintenance of a neat and clean work environment
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 – 5 years clerical experience preferred

$38,937.60 - $50,618.88 The role of the ASA VII in Parking Services is to perform customer service, clerical and reception duties that support Parking Services and its Manager. The clerical activities include maintaining database applications, processing and recording forms, accurate record keeping and maintaining payroll/time card records for department employees. The customer service role includes effective communication with anyone requesting assistance from Parking Services, as well assisting all visitors as needed that visit the Support Services suite. The ASA VII will be able to meet the needs of Parking Services, its customers and its employees.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
