- Perform administrative support activities for the Building Development Division
- Answering and screening phone calls
- Receive walk-in customers
- Data Processing
- Clerical administrative tasks
- Proof/Edit documents
- Provide customer support for the ePortal system
- Experience answering a multi-line phone system
- Experience assisting and troubleshooting issues with an online system.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- General knowledge of construction practices
- Experience providing customer support and troubleshooting calls.

About This Role:
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D

Work Schedule:
Must be able to work the core hours of 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday-Friday. After the first six months, this position may have the ability for some teleworking capability.

Starting Salary Range:
$26.00 - $29.00 per hour ($50,700 -$56,550)
