Job Description
- Req#: 5883
- Responsible for accurately filling out and maintaining fully executed Legal Resources agreements including contract extensions
- Coordinate the References and Background Check, and Legal Counter signature on Resource Contracts
- Manage all Onboarding and Offboarding processes for all contract resources as per the contractor process, including system setup, partner portal access and deactivation of contractor/agency hire
- Execute and track Agency Referral Agreements where necessary
- Track Scope of Work (SOW) in process to ensure that there is proper sign off and execution
- Assist with drafting and formatting job descriptions as required
- Act as aPoint of contact for customer enquiries
- Adhoc reporting as required
- Schedule interviews for consultants with customers
- Working knowledge of service delivery concepts, processes, and procedures.
- Basic understanding of IT terminology and types in roles
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Self-starter, motivated with a keen eye for detail
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritze
- Post-secondary degree

As part of the Softchoice Professional Services team, the agility program is looking for an administrator to support the onboarding of successful IT consultants for engagements with Softchoice customers across North America.
The Agility Program Administrator will be an integral part in lining up the right professional for the engagement and ensuring a smooth process occurs for both parties.
