- Five years progressively more responsible related work experience working in healthcare finance or business operations.
- Two years of management experience.

- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

Expected pay for this position is $82.30-$96.83 /hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
OverviewPOSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for developing, implementing and administering budgets, billing systems, information systems, fiscal year plans, policies, and procedures for the surgery center in accordance with accreditation and regulatory requirements. Fosters and maintains positive relationships among owners, physicians, Medical Center personnel, and external agencies to ensure delivery of quality patient care. Responsible for maintaining cost effective services by identifying, evaluating and implementing new equipment, technology and supplies and developing efficient, effective processes.
