      Job summary

      Are you looking for a busy varied role ?

      We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our busy Radiology Admin team. You may be expected to work at any of the Trust locations. These include Russells Hall Hospital, Dudley Guest Hospital and Corbett Hospital as well as various community-based sites across the borough.

      Main duties of the job

      To attend patients on the CRIS system.

      To book appointments using the CRIS system.

      To deal with queries regarding referrals or appointments.

      To transfer and import Radiology Images.

      To update patient details on PAS system.

      Qualifications

      Essential

      • Educated to GCSE O level standard or equivalent in English Language and Maths. Grade C or above , OR relevant experience in a similar NHS role.

      Desirable

      • ECDL
      • NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service

      Knowledge

      Essential

      • Understanding of Risk Management, Data Protection and Information Governance
      • Knowledge and understanding of Trust values & behaviours

      Desirable

      • Experience of using RIS, and OASIS , IEP or similar systems in a NHS environment
      • Understanding Radiology workflows

      Experience

      Essential

      • Knowledge and experience of accurate Data Entry on a PC.
      • Able to cope in a pressurised environment.
      • Previous customer service experience.

      • Previous NHS clerical experience
