      Job summary

      We are looking for an Administrator to join the CYPS Community Team South West. To act as the main admin resource for the team, processing referrals, letters and other communications effectively to aid with the smooth running of the reception area and provide efficient administrative support for team members.

      Suitable for someone who is able to understand information quickly and identify relevant course of action and who has good interpersonal skills and is confident in operating a wide range of office equipment such as scanners, computers and copiers. Suitable for someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced and time pressured environment.

      Main base is Guildford but there will be some requirement to travel to Frimley if cover is needed.

      Main duties of the job

      The main duties of the role include: letter writing, booking of rooms, answering and directing phone calls and emails as well as minute taking. You will also be required to work on your own initiative, be flexible and demonstrate a willingness to help others as a key member of a developing team. Therefore, the ability to build effective relationships, with a flexible approach to work is essential.

      You will be expected to be able to prioritise work and meet deadlines in order to fulfil the requirements of the post.
