- Provide excellent admin support to the team onsite, acting as the first point of contact
- Work on the healthcare system (SystmOne) - inputting referrals and ensuring records are accurate, as well as running reports
- Work with data provided by the team manager - investigating anomalies and produce reports
- Dealing with healthcare colleagues and other professionals over the phone, face to face and via email, delivering a high level service at all times
- Attend meetings and take minutes as necessary

- Experience within an administrative role - any experience in a healthcare environment would be an advantage, such as a hospital or GP surgery
- Any experience of using SystmOne would be a bonus!
- Minute taking experience would be beneficial
- Be happy to work in a diverse environment, with lots of different colleagues across both healthcare and the wider prison
- Good IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word etc)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator (Part Time) to join our Primary Care team at HMP Preston, a Category B male remand prison in Preston city centre! HMP Preston offers a supportive, fast paced, challenging environment where no two days are the same.
Hours
28 hours per week.
Working pattern, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 08:30 - 16:00, with some flexibility.Salary
This position is full time, youll receive an annual pay from £24,924 - £27,582 per annum FTE (will be pro rata for 28 hours) - depending on experience.
