What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in designing and developing new solutions with other teams
- Support the development of the overall roadmap for the enterprise platform
- Transform baseline ServiceNow platform features by integrating data sources
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for support
- Prioritize backlog in accordance with IT enterprise strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of IT experience preferred
- 1+ year of ServiceNow Platform Administration experience or equivalent technical experience with current certification required
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
- Experience with project management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One or more ServiceNow Micro-Certifications preferred
- Knowledge of architecture concepts, industry standards, and best practices
