      Job summary

      Based at Hollyfield House, you will be working as part of an administration team, working together to ensure all tasks are covered each day. You will need to be confident on the telephone, taking calls from service users, GPs and other health professionals. Good IT skills, including experience of using Office applications is required. Previous experience of electronic patient record systems would be desirable.

      It is a high paced environment with multiple tasks to be completed so you need to be adaptable and able to prioritize your work.

      Main duties of the job

      To provide comprehensive high quality administrative and secretarial support to the Community Nursing & Urgent Care services.

      To be responsible for:

      The maintenance of records and the distribution of relevant information including activity data.

      Ensuring that the flow of information from the Single Point of Access to the community nursing & Urgent care teams out in the field, is dealt with in an effective and timely manner.

      Referring issues to other relevant parties as appropriate, ensuring confidentiality and security of information is maintained at all times.
