Job Description
- Req#: R61419
- Assists in installing and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Assists in monitoring installed systems and infrastructure for the organization.
- Assists with upholding security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Assists in maintaining custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower human intervention time on tasks.
- Provides remote access solution support: VPN, Terminal Services, Citrix, and Hyper-V.
- Develops and maintains IT documentation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supports the organization's quality program(s).
- Travels as required.
- Knowledge of Cloud based applications, preferably Azure
- Knowledge of virtualization and containerization
- Knowledge of Networking (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies

Administrator SystemsPRIMARY PURPOSE: To assist in installing and maintaining operations systems, application software, and system management tools including monitoring installed IT systems, cloud, and network infrastructure. To assist with providing network level verification and security to the IT organization and tracking system alerts and notifications.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience
Five (5) years of experience implementing and maintaining technology infrastructure or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
