Job summary
Administrator - Band 2
Central Booking Office - Jenner House, Chippenham
Part Time (22.5 Hours) - Permanent
Wednesday to Friday 8am - 4pm
An opportunity has arisen for a part time Administrator to support our Outpatient Physiotherapy Service within our Central Booking Office Team based at Jenner House, Unit E3, Langley Park, Avon Way, Chippenham SN15 1GG. There may be opportunities to hot desk from other Wiltshire Health and Care sites.
The role is demanding and interesting and will require someone who is flexible and able to work under pressure and deal with a variety of tasks.
Main duties of the job
You will provide admin support, this involves (but is not limited to) receiving electronic referrals and telephoning patients to book appointments.
Experience of patient administration systems would be advantageous.
If you are enthusiastic, have good IT and communication skills and enjoy working in a team then we would like to hear from you. In return we can offer you a supportive, fast moving and varied job, in an often-busy environment.
