      This position will be partially based in the following office location:

      Manchester, NH

      For hybrid roles, employees must be able to commute to Manchester, NH on a regular basis.

      The opportunity

      You will support both admission and academic advising in the enrollment, document procurement, and course registration phases of the student journey. You will communicate with partners and remain organized, efficient, and accurate while completing their work. You will report to the Processing Team Leader. The Admission Processing Coordinator (Dual-place) is largely an administrative role with primary responsibilities focused on building and maintaining electronic files for all incoming SNHU students.

      What does working with us look like? We will need you to work on-site as an essential function of this role! You will help us facilitate certain work assignments crucial to the Admission Processor's (Dual-Place) responsibilities that can only be performed on-site.

      You will be in a hybrid role, and you are required to work on-site at least 2 days per workweek, with the option to work remotely for the other 3 days per workweek.

      Main Responsibilities:

      • Foster a positive atmosphere through demonstrated knowledge and an upbeat demeanor
      • You will serves as a culture ambassador and department representative in all cross-functional interactions
      • You will need the ability to navigate existing and new computer systems
      • You will maintain a pace of completion commiserate with the task being performed
      • You will use SNHU's Customer Relationship Management software to build, track, and maintain accurate student records
      • You will retrieve, prepare, and scan documents into the electronic filing system
      • You will maintain organization of physical documents in accordance with the retention policy
      • You will print, process, and mail checks generated for transcript requests
      • You will support remote staff through document troubleshooting
      • You will communicate with external institutions by phone and email to support our students
      • You will maintain student and affiliation account records
      • You will accurately enter data with a strong attention to detail
      • Must have a vast understanding of and adhere to existing policies and procedures to support the complex and nuanced job functions of the department
      • You will complete course registration and withdrawal requests on behalf of the student
      • You will assign students to an academic advisor
      • You will collaborate with internal customers and relay critical data sets

      What We're Looking For:

      • Minimum education requirement: Associates degree
      • Two years experience in a fast-paced, large-volume, professional workplace
      • Proficiently in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Word and Outlook
      • Can pass Financial Services background check

      Work Schedule:

      • Regular Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm
      • Remote work permitted for three days weekly
      • Two days required on-site (one of which must be Saturday)
      • A minimum of (1) evening shift a month (11:30am-8:00pm)
