Enroll international applicants, ensuring all required documents are provided and complete.
Maintain and update student data in the Campus Management System and follow up on any missing documents.
Stay updated on study programs, marketing promotions, and discounts to effectively assist applicants.
Provide exceptional customer support to applicants, addressing inquiries primarily through email.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Student Office, to optimize processes and improve customer service.
Possess a commercial education background, while a Bachelor's degree is desirable but not mandatory.
Demonstrate goal-oriented and reliable behavior and be open to process improvements.
Thrive in a dynamic and growing environment, maintaining clear and precise working methods even during peak times and heavy workloads.
Embrace both teamwork and independent work, striking a balance between the two.
Possess excellent problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office, quick adaptability to new IT systems, and strong written and spoken English skills.
