      Description

      POSITION SUMMARY

      The position is responsible for building and maintaining great relationships with partner schools and prospective students. Responsibilities include responding to questions from partner schools and overseeing all logistics for events with the partner schools.

      Reports to : Director of Admissions

      Supervises: None

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES

      • Manage the distribution of promotional materials throughout the year for all Partner Schools
      • Develop and maintain connections with Administration, Faculty, and Staff with partner schools
        • Personal invitations to OLu Events
        • Personal support of their school events
        • Coordinate with strategically selected key members of Orange Lutherans Executive Leadership and Administrative team to present to students, lead chapels, attend in-school presentations, and middle school luncheons to increase presence and connectivity
      • Manage the distribution of promotional materials throughout the year for all Partner Schools
      • Coordinate all scheduling of high school fairs with partner schools
      • Responsible for all logistics for partner schools attending Preview Day
      • Serve as a Community Partner to a select number of partner schools
      • Create all communication pieces for community partners to send out to their partner schools

      ADDITIONAL DUTIES

      Education

      • High School degree required; bachelor's degree preferred

      Experience

      • 1-2 years of experience in Office Administration, Business, and/or Customer Service
      • Christian school experience preferred

      LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, AND CLEARANCES

      • Cleared Background/Fingerprint check
      • Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
      • Cleared TB assessment
      • Completion of Ministry Safe Training
      • Valid CA Driver's License

      KEY COMPETENCIES

      Knowledge

      • Familiarity with secondary education goals, structures, administrative duties, and communication standards
      • Experience working with Word, Excel, Google Suite, and Apple Keynote preferred

      Skills and Abilities

      • Strong time management skills
      • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
      • Ability to manage difficult customer service situations
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Must be able to maintain a calm composure in high-pressure or stressful situations
      • Enjoymeeting people, personable yet professional in demeanor, especially on the phone and in in-person meetings
