What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer all calls through appropriate call queues
- Resolve questions from callers or route calls to the correct department
- Schedule new and returning patients in the EMR system
- Complete all documentation in EMR and marketing systems
- Maintain performance as related to KPIs and review measures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- 1+ Year Customer Service Experience
- 1+ Year Healthcare Related Work Experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- General knowledge of behavioral health and mental health needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of data entry (primarily Excel) and computer software systems
- Experience in a call center or customer service field
- Knowledge of medical terminology
