What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Schedule new and returning patients in EMR system
- Maintain performance as related to KPIs and performance/quality review measures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- 1+ Year Customer Service Experience
- 1+ Year Healthcare Related Work Experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle high-stress situations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of data entry (primarily Excel) and computer software systems
- Experience in a call center or customer service field
- Knowledge of medical terminology
