- Maintain detailed and accurate records of student information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred; related work experience considered
- No delinquency or default on federal student loans
- Outstanding time management skills and ability to prioritize competing priorities
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivation, drive to succeed, and high emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant industry-related professional experience
- Experience working with CRM tools
- Prior call center experience
