Job Description

- Provides guided tours of the community, scheduled and unscheduled, to prospective residents and their families.
- Provides information about the program.
- Provides and obtains information during tour and secure sales. Pursues referral sources by coordinating marketing activities, in-services, presentations, distributing marketing information, and developing relationships.
- Receives incoming phone inquiries regarding admission into the Loretto Programs.
- Completes the intake documentation and enters into computer marketing database.
- Gathers all medical and financial information as needed for admission.
- Ensures all forms are complete, thorough and accurate.
- Supports the facility marketing plan. Assists new admission with the move-in process (i.e. phone set up, cable, general instructions).
- Completes daily market walk thru of building and understands census reports.
- Attends sales calls, department meetings as well as site directors meetings.
- Obtains, generates and follows up on leads.
- Maintains accurate and complete referral information in database.
- Provides guided tours of the facility, scheduled and unscheduled, to prospective residents and their families. Provide and obtain information during tour and secure sales.
- Schedules and coordinates appointments for screening and assessments.
- Assists new admission with the move-in process (i.e. phone set up, cable, general instructions).
- Meets with family and resident to review and sign the admissions agreement.
- Follows up with resident post admission for status check.
- Promotes and role-models the mission, values, vision and strategic goals of Loretto in all interactions with staff, peers, residents, family members, vendors and visitors. Treats people with dignity, professionalism and kindness.

- Practices and teaches safety awareness. Identifies and reports or corrects any possible safety or environmental issues.
- Understands all HIPAA and other compliance & regulatory requirements associated with their role, including completion of required internal or external training/certifications.
- Performs a variety of related duties as assigned.
- The pay range for the role is $60,424 - $70,304 and is based on experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2-4 years prior experience in a marketing, sales role, within a skilled nursing, medical facility, or working with seniors. Medical or social work experience also desired.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel in the local area as needed. Must have valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to close a sale.
- Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new software rapidly.

Pay Range $56,000 - $62,000 / year

Overview
Provides a point of entry into Loretto programs as an initial contact for potential participants/residents and their families. Offers information such as brochures, program information and rates to potential residents and their families. Directs potential residents and inquiries to appropriate programs. Schedules appointments for initial screening including ALP screening, Medicaid applications, and obtains pre-admission demographics. A database to include inquiries, tours, screens, admissions, callouts and referral sources. Gathers all medical and financial documentation as required for admission. Markets Loretto offerings to community professional agencies to increase lead traffic.
