Position Title: Admissions Student Rep I (Student Position) Location: Big Rapids, MI Department: Admissions
Advertised Salary: $12.48- $13.24 Summary of Position: Join the Office in Admissions in moving prospective students Ferris Forward by providing exceptional customer service, providing campus tours, and providing office support. Position Requirements: Minimal experience in Microsoft Teams, customer service, public speaking, and have a positive attitude. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Answering the general Ferris phone line, answering the Admissions phone line, providing campus tours with exceptional service skills, helping recruit the incoming class from the BR Main Campus, assist in prepping admissions letters, providing office support.
