- Post-secondary diploma in a related field (such as human resources, organizational development, leadership, education, public administration, business administration), and minimum 1 year *related experience; OR
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
- Experience in planning, organizing and prioritizing work, projects, and deadlines.
- Experience in tracking and reporting on project or program outcomes, or seeking feedback through surveys, focus groups or alternative mechanisms.
- Experience facilitating in a virtual environment.
- Experience and proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience developing presentations and support materials (E.g., PowerPoints, Frequently Asked Questions documents, instructional materials, etc.)
- Experience with virtual meeting technology and/or providing technical support for virtual meetings and webinars.
- Experience providing administrative support to a program or team (for example, registration administration, meeting agendas and minutes, email communications, and/or maintaining documentation).
- Experience leading project teams, committees, or Communities of Practice.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience providing presentations to a variety of audiences.
- A minimum of two (2) years experience successfully managing multiple priorities and deliverables.
- Experience monitoring budgets.

The Position
The SHR Program Administrators will research, develop, and administer the onboarding and orientation program for the Ministry of Forests and Ministry of Water, Land and Resource Stewardship. This dynamic duo will work together in implementing these strategic people-focused programs, while applying their experience and knowledge in adult learning principles and human resource best practices.
Regular tasks will include preparing presentation materials for delivery at both employee and executive levels, developing an onboarding and orientation curriculum that aligns with ministry culture and business goals, and using analytical tools to make recommendations regarding the program.

About CSNR
Corporate Services for the Natural Resource Ministries (CSNR) serves the six natural resource ministries (Agriculture and Food; Energy, Mines and Low Carbon Innovation; Environment and Climate Change Strategy; Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation; Forests; and Water, Land, and Resource Stewardship).
CSNR is a unique corporate services organization providing services for approximately 6,200 natural resource ministry employees in over 120 locations throughout the province. Business area accountabilities include Financial Services, Client Services, and People and Workplace Strategies.
