      The Service Delivery Division provides income and disability assistance services online, by phone, or face to face in our communities. We strive to ensure our services are reliable, responsive, inclusive, and accessible to all British Columbians who need our support.

      The Operations Support Branch provides centralized operational support services for the Service Delivery Division (over 1600 employees, 83 locations, and $540M budget) that includes business intelligence, human resources, contracts, financial, facilities and asset management.
      The Project Management Analyst manages projects with significant internal impact to the business and is accountable for defining and controlling all project activities to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget and specified quality.

      Job Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration or equivalent;
      • Must be qualified to complete Project Management Professional designation within six (6) months of commencement of position.
      • Experience in directing the work of contracted and staff resources.
      • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.


      Preference may be given to those with:

      • Experience analysing and reporting on large amounts of data.
      • Experience managing projects with internal and external stakeholders.
      • Experience working with the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction.

      About this Position:
      Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to four (4) days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
      This position can be based in any Social Development and Poverty Reduction office. The locations listed above are to assist applicants in searching for this opportunity and are not a complete list of locations.
