      The Real Property Division (RPD) is responsible for the Province’s real estate portfolio (excluding schools, post-secondary and hospitals), office space inventory, furniture procurement, project and construction management, and real estate services for special-purpose facilities (such as courthouses, laboratories and correctional facilities). Our client base includes ministries (mandated) as well as broader public sector (voluntary) customers.

      Reporting to the Director of Client Relations (DCR), this position supports the achievement of goals and objectives within the Client Services Branch (CS). The Client Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for managing, planning, and organizing the delivery of operational projects on behalf of client programs and services. The CSM specifically supports CS, Account Leads (DCRs), and clients by providing business analysis and knowledge related to both ministry and broader public sector (BPS) client programs and services, as well as their utilization of accommodation and real estate services.

      Job Requirements:
      Education and Experience

      • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration or a comparable discipline and three (3) years *related experience; OR
      • Post-Secondary Diploma in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration or a comparable discipline and five (5) years *related experience; OR
      • Secondary School Diploma or GED equivalency and seven (7) years *related experience; OR
      • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.


      *Related experience must include all the following:

      • Supervision of staff, including performance goal setting, staff training, and preparation of individual career development plans.
      • Monitoring budget, forecasting, analysis, and reporting for multiple business areas, preferably in a public sector setting.
      • Account Management, including leadership, consultation, relationship-building, and establishing a climate of cooperative relationships.


      Preference may be given to candidates who have:

      • Experience in concurrently managing a variety of complex projects, while adhering to project management practices, including the establishment of priorities, timelines, and budgets to achieve business goals and meet needs.
