      1. Strong Handson implementation in RTCDP
      2. Expertise on XDM, AJO & CJA
      3. Understanding of Event based Architecture
      4. Thorough knowledge of Offer Decisioning in RTCDP
      5. Attitude towards taking challenges towards finishing line
      Client Facing Personality

      Required Experience
      6+ years experience hands-on implementing and/or managing daily operations with three or more of the following Adobe Experience Cloud solutions in addition to Experience Platform (AEP):
      Analytics
      Audience Manager
      Campaign (Standard or Classic)
      Experience Manager (Cloud as a Service)
      Experience Platform (AEP)
      Magento
      Marketo
      Target
      5+ years architecting and implementing complex digital marketing solutions across Site, SEM, Media, Mobile App, and Email for large corporate environments
      Expertise in the following languages and technologies: HTML, HTML5, Java Script, XML, Java, WCM, services based architecture, REST, Web analytics, content targeting
      Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist
      Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
      Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills
