      Job Description: Workfront Product Owner

      Location and Role: This position will sit in Bellevue, WA; Overland Park, KS; or Frisco, TX. This is not a remote role - this is a hybrid environment requiring 3 days a week in office.

      Role Overview: This role will serve as the Workfront Product Owner, developing and leading the Workfront roadmap, strategy, and implementation. Own the adoption, governance, and administration of the Workfront system. Translate business needs and requirements, and direct the team to the product vision. Provide day-to-day support for teams as well as oversee the technical configuration of Workfront. Expertise in Adobe Fusion is required, which will be used not only for Workfront configuration but across the Content Supply Chain.

      Main Responsibilities include:

      • Driving the roadmap and implementation of new functionality, system expansion, and optimization.
      • Influencing technical and architectural decisions to help build for the future while unlocking business value.
      • Managing the Workfront governance structure and ensuring configuration aligns with enterprise objectives.
      • Partnering with cross-functional leadership for user management and budget allocation.
      • Conducting cost-benefit, ROI, and NPV analyses to support decision-making.
      • Communicating and influencing at the Director level and below, including delivering product presentations.

      Stakeholder Engagement:

      • Building empathy and understanding customer needs through active engagement.
      • Creating and managing responses for customer questions and support channels.
      • Performing workflow audits and advocating for customer experience improvements.

      Product Execution & Delivery:

      • Configuring the Workfront platform to meet business requirements and drive user adoption.
      • Managing system optimization, audits, and troubleshooting.
      • Leading user issue resolution and platform defect management.
      • Collaborating with Adobe and IT for implementation and ongoing maintenance.
      • Managing product quality, performance, and stakeholder communication during critical events.
      • Facilitating onboarding, training, and issue resolution related to Workfront and Adobe integrations.

      Relationship & People Development:

      • Developing positive relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
      • Creating adoption tools and training materials.
      • Maintaining professional knowledge and participating in industry networks.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's Degree - preferred
      • 4-7 Years of relevant product management experience in an agile environment.
      • Proven communication and collaboration skills with leadership.
      • Experience in delivering large, complex software initiatives using Agile Scrum.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Workfront Core Developer Expert
      • Adobe Certified Professional - Adobe Fusion

      Additional Requirements:

      • At least 18 years of age
      • Legally authorized to work in the United States

      Compensation and Benefits: Base pay range: $100,100 - $180,600. Corporate bonus target: 15%. Employees are also eligible for various bonuses, benefits, and discounts as detailed in the original description.
