What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather requirements for Adobe Workfront implementations and lead discussions with business teams
- Interact with key business and IT teams to drive requirement discussions
- Collaborate with leaders, managers, teams, partners, vendors, and stakeholders across regions
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on financial and operational matters
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Adobe Workfront Projects
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA degree is an added advantage
- Experience in developing practical solutions and methodologies
- Strong communication skills, especially with executive clients and sponsors
