Job Description
- Req#: 25452
- 4 days out of 7 including day and night shift - Day shift starting between 3am & 6am - Night shift starting between 2pm & 5 pm)
- Customer service - delivery of petroleum products to customer base;
- Loading of road tankers, utilising safe loading process to safely spread the products across the available tanker compartments;
- Adherence to safe operating procedures and compliance with corporate and national transport compliance standards.;
- Discharge of loads at customer sites ensuring product matched with storage tanks (zero contaminations);
- Artic tanker driver - operate to a high standard of safety with high skills in driving;
- Determine when a process is unsafe and to work with supervisors in ensuring the integrity of our operations.
- Hold a valid Driving License (Category C+E) with a minimum of 3 years HGV driving experience;
- Hold a Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card;
- Hold a valid ADR licence;
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring adherence to parking, speed and road signage;
- Work safely within the Health and safety environmental guidelines, and ensure all vehicle checks are carried out prior to commencement of work;
- A basic level of English language is required to ensure compliance with Health and Safety training and internal risk assessments and procedures.
