    • Job Type 8 hours per week, Tuesday and Thursday evenings 5:00pm - 9:00pm School Year and Summer School Session
      Schedule Support Personnel Salary Schedule Group 9 (Bachelor) $26.76-$32.43/hour
      Group 10 (Master) $29.83-$35.59/hour

      Position Purpose: To serve as an Adult English Learner Teacher.

      Responsibilities:
      • Lead an Adult EL class aligned to standards to support language acquisition with approved curriculum.
      • Creates a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students.
      • Collaborate with colleagues, community agencies, employers and post secondary education or training programs to support adult learners.
      • Evaluates student academic growth, keeps appropriate and accurate records, and provides students with progress updates.
      • Participates in all mandatory training and program initiatives.

      Minimum Qualifications:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work or realted field

      Preferred Qualifications:
      • ND Teaching license
      • ESL/Bilingual Endorsement
      • Adult Education experience
      • EnGen experience
