      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Electric Utilities and ISOs on modeling and functional software specifications
      - Lead business process consulting efforts by defining problems and proposing solutions
      - Guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and contribute to proposal development
      - Assist in the development, configuration, and deployment of energy management solutions
      - Support client training and internal capability building throughout the consulting lifecycle

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education
      - At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
      - Proven experience in configuring, deploying, and validating Advanced Power Systems Application/EMS
      - Understanding of grid operational suites such as ADMS, EMS, and SCADA
      - Strong soft skills and leadership abilities to lead workshops and design roadmaps

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least 5 years of experience in transmission and distribution automation processes and systems
      - Experience with full-cycle implementations for a utility with hands-on functional testing
      - Familiarity with networking protocols, automation, and control systems
      - Knowledge of NERC-CIP regulations and experience in North American utilities
      - Desire to work in a management consulting environment
