  The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

  We are seeking ambitious Saudi graduates to join our Application Engineering team in Commercial Branding and Transportation division. This position is designed to offer talented Saudi national a structured development journey, providing them with the skills and experience necessary to become a future expert within our organization.

  Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Participate in onboarding program to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business operations and division products.
  • Participate in project assignments to apply academic knowledge to real-world business challenges.
  • Collaborate with sales team to contribute to strategic initiatives and innovative solutions for our customers.
  • Receive advisory from experienced leaders to support professional growth.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to develop technical and soft skills.
  • Engage in performance and feedback sessions to track progress and set career goals.
  • Contribute to the company's commitment to sustainability and innovation.

  Your Skills and Expertise

  To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Saudi national with a Bachelor's or Master's engineering degree from a recognized university.
  • Recent graduate or after graduation.
  • Strong academic record and extracurricular involvement.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Demonstrated cooperating potential and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
