      - Serve as a resource in driving business architecture design, capability roadmap development, and strategy development.
      - Lead/facilitate business requirements gathering and determine technical impacts.

      - Produce detailed functional requirements and user stories.
      - Oversee the development of user acceptance criteria, test plans, and test cases.
      - Monitor system implementation, ensuring user satisfaction.
      - Support implemented solutions through operational readiness, implementation/warranty support, production support, project analytics, and reporting.

      Requirements:

      - 4+ years' experience in application development and/or systems analysis.
      - Proficient in requirements gathering methodologies and the SDLC.
      - Strong understanding of integration points of assigned business/systems and processes.
      - Proven leadership abilities, including effective knowledge sharing and conflict resolution.
      - High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions.
      - Extensive knowledge and experience of systems, subsystems, development methodologies, systems architecture, tools, and processes.
      - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
      - Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      - Experience with Peoplesoft Financial, including knowledge of premium processing and alternate payment processing.
      - Knowledge and experience with Florida Blue.
      - Experience using Agile methodology.
      - Healthcare industry-related experience.
