We are seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity delivers care in Indianapolis at Community Hospital East. Highlights Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established cardiology team at our Indianapolis, IN location at Community Hospital East. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced APP, or new graduate with recent nursing experience in cardiology or ICU settings. - Cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic, hospital rounding, and cardiac testing oversight - M-F day schedule, no holidays - No current call requirements - Competitive compensation and benefits package - Epic EMR Licensure & Certification - Board Certification required - Indiana medical license will be required Additional Information Must be flexible in schedule of hours worked based on the access needs of the patient population being served.
