      Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Urgent Care

      About Us:
      AFC Urgent Care is a fast-paced, patient-centered clinic providing high-quality urgent care services to the Memphis community. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or other Advanced Practice Provider to join our team and help deliver exceptional care to our growing patient population.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Provide urgent care and primary care services to patients of all ages.

      • Conduct physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.

      • Perform minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound care.

      • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging.

      • Prescribe medications and educate patients on treatment options.

      • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

      • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

      • Maintain compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations.

      • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.

      Qualifications:

      • Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Tennessee.

      • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred.

      • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care.

      • Proficiency in performing minor procedures.

      • Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.

      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple patients efficiently.

      • Familiarity with urgent care billing procedures and coding practices.

      • Knowledge of telemedicine services and ability to provide virtual care as needed.

      • DOT certification or willingness to obtain
