Job Description

Provide direct patient care in collaboration with or under the direction of the attending physician.
Perform clinical tasks within the scope of licensure, accreditation, and institutional bylaws.
Document all patient interactions accurately, ensuring entries are co-signed by the attending physician as required.
Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Deliver care across a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient environments.
Participate in a rotating weekend schedule and fulfill on-call responsibilities as needed.
Demonstrate flexibility to meet patient care and operational needs, including variable hours.
Current and unrestricted Illinois State License
DEA License without restrictions
Illinois Controlled Substance License
Ability to work independently with a high level of critical thinking
Strong team collaboration and communication skills

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Flexible)
Rotating Weekends & On-Call RequirementThe Advanced Practice Provider (APP) — including Physician Assistants (PA) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN)/Nurse Practitioners (NP) — is a highly skilled and knowledgeable healthcare professional responsible for delivering personalized, high-quality care to patients. This role requires strong clinical assessment, interpretive, communication, and problem-solving skills to support patients and collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
