What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source and screen Advanced Practice Provider candidates
- Work with recruiters to post job descriptions and understand the needs of APPs
- Write offer letters, negotiate, and prepare credentialing paperwork
- Assist with the onboarding process in collaboration with HR coordinator
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Recruiter in Advanced Practice Provider and Healthcare
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Must have exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Taleo Applicant Tracking System
