- Project manage the rollout of a new Requirements Management System (RMS) organization-wide;
- Lead the initial RMS configuration, user onboarding, and facilitate adoption of new work methods;
- Continuously engage stakeholders to define, adapt, test, and refine approaches;
- Utilize the work as a platform to deploy and test new Systems Integration capabilities;
- Promote the RMS and its practical application throughout the organization.
- Degree-level education in an engineering discipline;
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including a track record of managing complex products or projects across different lifecycle stages;
- Experience and competence in project management;
- INCOSE Systems Engineer certification, or equivalent.

In recent years, the Offshore Wind landscape has evolved significantly with a surge in capabilities. The complexity of wind farm systems underscores the critical need to manage interactions between elements. Amidst growing market competition, it's essential to ensure proper specification and performance of procured systems to meet initial needs. Our role as System Integrators is vital for seamlessly integrating technologies into offshore wind farms, reducing energy costs, and mitigating risks in diverse frameworks.
Be a key player as Advanced System Engineer in our System Integration Team working within the Project execution Department of Business Unit Offshore Wind.
The team
The Systems Integration team comprises of a Systems Engineering and Interface Management function and represents the whole-system perspective in activities relating to the design, execution and operation of projects in the offshore windfarm portfolio. The team’s mission is to ensure that complex systems are engineered and delivered effectively to meet the needs of all stakeholders, whilst performing their intended use throughout their entire lifecycle.
Your role
You will be part of a team responsible for expanding the organization’s Systems Integration capabilities. To do that, you will need to engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to apply and advance the use of existing, and to-be-developed, deliverables, processes and tools on active projects, at varying stages of their lifecycle.
