      The Advertising, Accounting Specialist I performs administrative and transactional services associated with invoicing and financial activities for advertising clients.

      What you will do to contribute to the company's success

      • Learns and performs a variety of tasks associates with month end invoicing and reporting of revenue.
      • With guidance, performs and/or supports team efforts associated with:
        • Client invoicing and aging activities
        • Create deposits as client checks are received
        • Enters deposit information into company portal for reporting
        • Post payments into financial module to create client invoices
        • Processes client credit card payments
        • Applies credit to client invoices
        • Assists in reconciling vendor invoices against billed charges to clients
        • Provides reporting on request for pre and post logs for spot advertising campaigns
      • Learns and adheres to company and regulatory financial standards and requirements.
      • Assists with special projects as assigned.

      Qualifications

      • High School Diploma or equivalent
      • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
      • Familiarity with Adobe PDF documents
      • Strong communication skills
      • Attention to detail
      • Strong organizational skills
