What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advance clinical telephone support to patients and other callers
- Assess patients' needs and appropriately disposition cases

- Perform nursing follow-up activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a resident of the state of Utah
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- RN-Registered Nurse in State of Residence and RN-Registered Nurse of California
- 2 years of practical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, urgent care, or emergency room/department
- Professional knowledge of clinical nursing protocols, regulations, and institutional standards of care
